Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains how Solleri handles personal data: the Solleri app, Solleri on WhatsApp (for people invited to use it), and this website, solleri.com. It is written in plain English with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, and the Information Technology Act's 2011 reasonable security practices rules, in mind.

Solleri is your personal concierge. To do the light work you ask for, it has to read what you send it and, when you connect them, parts of your Google account. This page says exactly what that means.

1. Who we are

Solleri ("we", "us") runs the Solleri app, Solleri on WhatsApp and this website. You can reach us at contact@solleri.com.

2. The short version

3. What we collect, and why

Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo link from Google. We use them to create your account and show who is signed in. We also keep the invite you joined with, a random ID for your phone, your phone's model name (for example "Samsung SM-S911B"), your app PIN in scrambled form, and a record that you agreed to our terms before starting.

Your conversations. The messages you send Solleri, the photos and PDF files you attach, and Solleri's replies. We need them to understand what you are asking and to answer. If you use Solleri on WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp number and messages from WhatsApp. We store your number only in a scrambled form, never as the number itself.

Your Google data, only if you connect it. If you connect your Google account, Solleri can read and, where you ask, act on your Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Tasks and Contacts. It does this only to carry out a request you made, at the time you made it. It never reads them on a schedule or in the background. Solleri saves email drafts for you to send yourself. It never sends an email and never deletes your emails, events or files. Before it archives emails or moves calendar events in bulk, it shows you a confirm card first.

What Solleri remembers. Solleri can remember things you tell it, such as your home area, food preferences or allergies you mention, so you don't have to repeat them. It saves these only from your own words, never from your emails, files or calendar. It shows you a notice every time it saves or changes something. You can see, delete or pause this memory at any time. Solleri refuses to remember certain kinds of information, including health conditions, religion, political views, sexual orientation, caste, income and debts, government ID numbers, card or bank details, and passwords. The one exception is food needs you type yourself (for example "I'm allergic to peanuts" or "I eat halal"), which it uses only to warn you on a food order.

Your location, only when you ask. When you ask for directions, the quickest way somewhere, or food near you, the app asks to use your phone's location for that one request, and only while the app is open. We use it to work out the route or your area and do not store it. Solleri's AI never sees your exact position. If you save a place, such as "home", it is kept as part of what Solleri remembers.

Reminders and alarms. When you ask for a reminder or an alarm, it is set on your phone. We do not keep it on our server.

Food, groceries and table bookings, if available to you and connected. If you connect a food delivery account, we keep the sign-in key that delivery service gives us, and your current cart until you order or clear it. Orders and bookings are placed only when you tap to confirm. We do not keep your order history.

Bills and receipts. If you send a photo of a bill to file it, we keep the photo and what was read from it for up to 24 hours, until you save or discard it. If you save it, it goes into your own Google Drive or Sheets.

Usage records. For each request we record its time, its cost to run and which kinds of tools it used. These records contain no message content. We use them to run the service, apply fair-use limits and keep costs in check.

When something goes wrong. If a request fails or a reply goes wrong, we may keep a copy of your message, with email addresses and long numbers hidden, for up to 14 days so we can fix the problem. We never keep this copy when the request involved your Google or food-delivery data. If you use "Report" on a reply, we keep that reply and your note for up to 90 days, and the person who runs Solleri reads it to fix the problem.

This website. The website's contact form collects your name, email address and message, only so we can reply to you. The website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers.

What we don't do. No advertising, no selling of data, no analytics or crash-reporting trackers in the app, and no use of your data to train AI models, by us or by the AI service we use.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to keep as little of it as we can, for as short a time as we can.
